Our return, exchange, and refund procedures are all part of our dedication to quality.
Exchanges and Returns
We only accept returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:
In transportation, the order acquired damage.
There were shipping mistakes.
Even though these circumstances are uncommon, we accept that there is potential for human error. You can ask for a return if we send you a defective item.
Initiating an Exchange Request
If you encounter an issue, please contact our customer service at help.qiyra@gmail.com or +919960405489 within 24 hours of receiving the package. Provide your order ID and a video showcasing the unboxing process with no cuts or editing, clearly highlighting the defect. Requests for returns may be denied if this policy is not followed.
Return/Exchange Process
Our QC Team will examine and allow the product for return if qualified after receiving a request. If approved, return the product within 48 hours, unworn and in its original packaging, to the provided address. Our team will guide you through the process, and upon receipt, we will replace the product with a new one. Please be aware that we cannot issue refunds. We will notify you and forego the exchange process if your product is found to be ineligible.
Cancellation Policy
We do not allow order cancellations once placed. Our focus on maintaining high-quality standards aims to minimize the need for returns or cancellations. Nevertheless, we are aware that unanticipated events can happen, and we pledge to immediately address any problems.

Not eligible Exchanges
The following conditions are not exchangeable:
- The package that you sent was lost in transit.
- The recipient denied the package.
- Items that are returned damaged or used.
- Size issues (please check size guides before purchasing).
- A wrong delivery address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt by our courier agent will cause the package to be returned to us, for which there will be additional shipping costs.
- Non-faulty or undamaged jewelry.
- Minor variations in color and design.
